Hemp insulation board is a product that has been developed by Hempire. It consists of hemp hurds and natural binding glues. There is no formaldehyde or any other toxic components. It is a relatively light product and can be mounted on hempcrete, timber frame or other material using different types of fasteners. The shape of this board allows for quick installation and prevents direct thermal bridging. The main advantage of this board is that it is 100% natural.

Our team has developed an all-natural lime based binder “Fifth Element” that contains no cement or hydraulic lime. It’s main advantage is a final hempcrete mix with one of the lowest densities in the world which reflects in higher energy efficiency and lower material costs.
